All details can be found in this blog post. \nThe focus of our book selections for the WWW of RI Book Club centers on Women authors writing about women’s stories\, connections\, history\, nature\, and overcoming adversity. \nAnyone in the WWW of RI community is welcome to participate regardless of your attendance at our weekend events. \nWWW of RI Book Club Rules: \n\n\n\nPlease obtain a copy of the book\, either by borrowing from the library\, borrowing from someone you know\, or purchasing. Read the book on your own during the month. Audio books are good too. We will meet in person to discuss the book.\nSuggestions are highly welcome. At our last gathering\, the group selected the next two books and other suggestions were discussed for future events. Please let us know what you are interested in.\nPlease read the book\, or at least attempt to read it so you can contribute to the discussion.\nEveryone reads at their own pace\, and that is fine. If you finish the book in two days or only get half way through\, anyone with interest in the book club can be included.\nAny and all conversation is welcome at the book discussions but please be courteous and kind. All details can be found in the blog post now linked to this event. \nThe focus of our book selections for the WWW of RI Women’s Book Club centers on Women authors writing about women’s stories\, connections\, history\, nature\, and overcoming adversity. \nAnyone in the WWW of RI community is welcome to participate regardless of your attendance at our weekend events. \nDiscussion for this book will take place Sunday\, June 30 at 3 p.m. at our book club coordinator\, Jessy’s\, house. Please reach out to her at jessyjakul@gmail.com to be included. \nWWW of RI Book Club Rules: \n\nPlease obtain a copy of the book\, either by borrowing from the library\, borrowing from someone you know\, or purchasing. Read the book on your own during the month. Audio books are good too. We will meet at the end of the month to discuss the book.\nSuggestions are highly welcome. The group selects the next book and other suggestions are discussed for future events. Please let us know what you are interested in.\nPlease read the book\, or at least attempt to read it so you can contribute to the discussion.\nEveryone reads at their own pace\, and that is fine. If you finish the book in two days or only get half way through\, anyone with interest in the book club can be included.\n\nAny and all conversation is welcome at the book discussions but please be courteous and kind. You can disagree with someone\, but always do it respectfully. \nYou do not need to participate every month to be part of the book club. Read what interests you and attend when you can.

SUMMARY:Tri-State Hike & Flower Essence May 22
DESCRIPTION:Women’s Wilderness Weekend has a tri-state hike May 22\, 10:30 a.m. to the point where RI\, CT and MA meet\, capped with a flower essence workshop nearby in Pascoag\, RI and Bring Your Own Sandwich (BYOS) lunch. \nAll women 18+ are invited to join the group at 652 E Thompson Rd\, Thompson\, CT. \nThe hike has options for beginner and moderate hikers\, allowing less ambitious walkers to complete a 1.7 mile while those with the energy can go a full 3.5 mile tri-state hike circuit. \nAfter the hike\, the group will drive to Jenza’s Garden\, South Main St.\, Pascoag\, RI 02859 for the BYOS picnic lunch and a beginners guide to Flower Essences: What are they? How do you use them? \nJenn of Jenza’s Garden has been making flower essences for several years and she will answer all these questions and more. There will be a small $10 fee for this class and flower essences will be available at a special rate. \n\nFor questions\, or to R.S.V.P.\, call (401-213-9699) or email WWWofRI@gmail.com\nAll women 18+ are invited to our event.\nThis is the tail end of hunting season\, so please wear an orange hat or vest.  We will have some orange vests to borrow and some hats for sale.  We’ll also ask everyone to sign our waiver before we head out.\nCome for all or part of the day.
